Instructors may wish to download a video from Kaltura. We recommend downloading the video only if you need to share it outside of Kaltura. To share videos with your students in Canvas from one semester to another, refer to How do I publish Kaltura Media to the Media Gallery? and How do I embed Kaltura Media in Canvas?

1. Log in to Canvas.
2. Navigate to "My Media" in the course navigation menu.
3. Click on the video and select "Edit" from the "Actions" dropdown menu.
4. Navigate to the "Downloads" tab.
5. Next to "Available Formats," check off "Source" and click save.
6. Click "Go to Media" next to the save button.
7. Navigate to the "Download" tab.
8. Click the download icon under "Actions."
