How do I publish Kaltura media to the Media Gallery?
I have videos saved in My Media and have used them in class. How can I reuse the same videos in another course?

Instructors can use videos saved in Kaltura My Media across courses.
- Log in to Canvas.
- Select "My Media" from the global navigation menu.
- Find the desired media content by scrolling through videos or using the "Search My Media" field.
- Click on the media title.
- Under "Actions," select "Publish."
- Under "Publishing Status," ensure you've selected "Published: Media page will be visible to users according to entitlements based on the selected destinations in the options below."
- Under "Published in Gallery," select all courses for which the media should be published.
- Click "Save."
Tip: Refer to the "Published in" section to see a list of courses with the published media. If you embed the media rather than publish it to a course, you will see the message, "Embedded In Context - [Course name]."
Direct your students to access the video through the Kaltura Media Gallery in the course navigation menu. Instructors can also embed Kaltura media into any Canvas content block using the Rich Content Editor.
