How do I publish Kaltura media to the Media Gallery?
I have videos saved in My Media and have used them in class. How can I reuse the same videos in another course?

This article will step you through the process of publishing media that has been uploaded to Kaltura to the Media Gallery within a course. For embedding Kaltura media in other areas of Canvas, please see How do I embed Kaltura Media.
Publish media to the course Media Gallery
- Log into the Canvas course in which you want the videos to appear.
- Enable Media Gallery from Settings -> Navigation. This will add the Media Gallery item to the course menu for all course participants. Media published to the gallery will be visible to all participants in the course. Be sure to check your Media Gallery options.
- Click on Media Gallery and select "Add Media" in the upper right area. This will open your My Media.
- Select all of the media you would like to publish to the current course's Media Gallery. To easily find your media, use the search box to search on title, description and tags. Press "Publish" in the upper right to add the media to the course Media Gallery.
- Direct your students to access the video through Media Gallery on the course navigation menu, or embed Kaltura media into a course assignment, page, or discussion.
