How do I set a time limit or grant extra time in Canvas's New Quiz Tool?

When using Canvas's New Quiz Tool you may find yourself wanting to set a time limit or give an extension to certain students. To do this you can use the Moderate Quiz feature in Canvas. It is important to note that quiz deadlines no longer affect the Time Limit. Quizzes will not auto-submit until the time limit is reached.
