I am a TCNJ instructor and need to learn how to use Canvas. How do I get started?

Canvas is the the official learning management system (LMS) for The College of New Jersey.
Log into Canvas with a supported web browser. As long as you have an account in Canvas, you will be able to access the system. If you are unable to log in, please check to ensure you have been assigned to a course in PAWS. If you have been assigned, contact canvashelp@tcnj.edu with your course information and we will look into the issue further. If you do not see your course assigned to you in PAWS, please contact your department.
Spend some time exploring the Canvas interface. Canvas provides a detailed online guide and can be accessed through the Canvas help menu. We recommend LinkedIn Learning's video tutorial.
If this is your first time using an LMS, we recommend you at least set up Modules and use dated Assignments.
