Usually, when this happens, there is no system-wide problem. Please see if one of the following suggestions fixes the problem for you.

Be sure that you are accessing the database or Google Scholar through TCNJ Library’s website. If you are off campus, you should be prompted to login to the TCNJ portal. You can find a list of Library resources here: http://library.tcnj.edu/search-tools/databases-a-z

If the problem persists, try using a different browser. (Safari and Chrome can be problematic with some database interfaces.)

If that does not work, try clearing your cache/deleting or clearing your browser history and closing your browser. Then, reopen your browser and try again.
