Graduates of The College of New Jersey or Trenton State College are able to borrow books from the TCNJ library, provided they have a valid TCNJ Alumni ID card. You can obtain an Alumni Card by calling the Alumni Affairs Office at 609.771.2598 or 800.347.9621, or emailing alumni@tcnj.edu. Once you have an alumni ID card, you can bring that to the Access Services Desk in the library lobby and you will be issued a borrower's card. This card will only permit you to borrow books; it will not enable you to use the online databases from off campus.

Limited interlibrary loan service is provided to alumni. Alumni may request books but due to copyright restrictions, the library cannot provide articles. We suggest you try using your local public library for interlibrary loan requests. As long as you are able to provide complete citations for articles of interest, your local library most likely offers interlibrary loan service and would get copies of those articles for you.
